Can't figure out what's causing me to CTD

So I'm using the plugin that skips the intro so it skips to the main menu. This I know isn't causing the crash as I've used it for a while. I installed some new mods and it crashed as soon as the main menu comes up. OK, no problem I'll just disable the mods and try again. Doesn't work. So now I've uninstalled and the mods about 3 times now and I'm being driven crazy.

I've used LOOT, but would get no error messages about anything.

I've also tried to launch skyrim thorugh skse_loader but to no avail. Did even MORE googling and people having the same issue but none of the fixes work. This is incredibly annoying.
