CTD in Workshop

I have been playing with mods for like 8 years,I have consistently figured out how to fix whatever problems have arose,but I have been trying to figure this out for a week,and I can not for the life of me.The only major change I made before this problem began,was deleting a compatibly patch between UFO4 and AWKCR which the author said was no longer necessary.Since then,anytime I do much of anything in workshop mode I CTD.The compatibly patch has been removed,so I can not simply redownload it to see if that was the problem.Anything obvious stand out in the load order?I have Papyrus logs,too if that may shed more light on the issue.

I have read,that SSEX is not a good mod,I have read that scrapping mods will screw your game up,with place anywhere type mods,read that the .ini file may be the problem,but I played for months before updating all my mods and deleting that one compatibility patch,and seeing some of the mod load order lists on here I wouldn't think I simply have too much.Looking over the Papyus logs it seems alot of the issues stem from DLC04(Nuka World).

Scrap Everything needs to be at the bottom of the load order. Also you have two different versions of Scrap Everything installed (both Core and Ultimate). Choose one, not both. Ultimate includes all DLC support, so you don't need the Core version.

If you have all DLC, which it looks like, just add Ultimate and ignore the other options in the installer.

This has got to be a simple fix,the game was working for months.
