DukePatrick
Theses days I recomend to cap at 100. At least for me I was still seeing some physics glitches at over 100 but at 100 the lag is still not perceivable. I did a silent upload (updated some files but did not change the rev number) if you want to download REV 47.8 again. Otherwise just wait for next REV. I noticed that the very heavy counterbalanced weapons were still a little too fast. So I added a second calculation for moving the handle (base) of the weapon around. Before it was just the "tip" movement. The movement of the handle is only a small part of the swinging and recover speed but it did make enough of a difference that I noticed it in game and decided to find out why it (the speed) was a little "off". This will only make a perceivable difference with very heavy counter balanced weapons like daedric greatsword.
DukePatrick
NEW REV 47.8.1 get it here: http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/78303/? or here: http://tesalliance.o...weapons-combat/ REV 47.8.1There is now a cool down on the NPC combat tripping attack. So the weapon using NPC will not Spam tripping you to the ground anymore. THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS THE CREATURES KNOCK DOWN! Large creatures and wolves still use this as their primary attack. Found and fixed an error in one mesh file (the Max Effort Trophy). I did this using the Nif Heal tool. Per that tool this was the only mesh in my mod with an issue (thank goodness). saaidsadan
will i have issues if i play with a custom race its not an entirely new race it just takes the breton race and changes its name and gives it new powers if that makes a difference i am concerned because of the optional race edits for combatso is it compatible ? You could check by comparing the esp of your mod to the optional esp of my mod in tesedit to see if they edit the same forms. Or just load my optional esp after yours and as long as your mod works it is all good. Can you get 60 or more Frame rate? if not it would not matter anyway as my overhaul mod requires 60 or more. saaidsadan
yes i get 60 plus fps but i actually didn't cap the fps because it actually increases script lag the more fps i have the less script lag and i managed to somehow get almost 0 script lag with you're mod
saaidsadan
turns out it works fine thanks i also wanted to give you some suggestions for you're already awesome mod 1-some way to increase accuracy or strength maybe add it into the pell training system with a limit so you are not overpowered2-a notification when you are fighting an elite warrior just to let you know its about to be epic3-i found that a lot of the time when the enemy entered the injured state where he's about to die that i couldn't end his misery because i would be low on stamina and my attacks are extremely weak so they would regenerate more than they would lose so i have to run away fast rest comeback hit him still not dead because he regenerated his health so maybe you should add an increased damage to an npc whose in the injured state4-the light armor skill tree i think has three perks which require you to have armor rating under 50 which is useless for high level characters who a lot of armor rating and that's 3 perks maybe replace them with something with no required armor rating5-critical hits are too rare6-combat opportunities is amazing so expand on it and add more events7-more combat perks there is enough already but adding more would make it even better

However you already have a way to increase strength by raising your health. And you increase archery accuracy by raising your marksman skill. This is all in the READ ME docs... 2-There is already such a message. 3- Damage and “stamina” will increase as you get better and as your actor gets better. Actors are intended to be easily incapacitated but not easily killed (as in real life). AIM very high to hit the head and you will do a lot more damage. 4-The mod is working as intended. These perks are for monks with robes, thief types with light leather or the Celtic (Picts) like warriors that wear WOAD. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/1a/63/fa/1a63fa2ddf6b14f202ce0b23da18dac6--picts-warrior-celtic-warriors.jpg 5-They increase as you get better (such as learning to hit dead center) and as your actor gets better and as you get more perks for it. 6-Agreed but easier said than done. 7-Taken under advisement. DukePatrick
Tonight see "Iriodus's Stream" (7:00 pm Pacific Time) Skyrim stream using my combat mod: https://www.twitch.tv/iriodus This may be one of the last few Skyrim streams he will be doing as he may be taking a break soon. I actualy have been taking a break for a while and modding Fallout 4 instead but I did not want to say anything yet because every time I do some issue or a needed feature pops up and I jump back into skyrim modding making me look like I am obsessed. :whistling: But apparently this time the Skyrim break is real as I have not touched Skyrim in weeks.
