Underwear For Enhan Vanilla Nude Bodies

I have been searching but so far I do not believe I have found anything like this.

 

Is there a mod out that would work for this.

 

Use Enhanced Vanilla Bodies and use the nude file for female nudes. (Settlers)

 

Then have a mod that will let you have some of the settlers wear underwear and armor over the underwear? You can speak with the settlers and give them the underwear and armor and make them wear it like other pieces of clothing.

 

I know the Wonderbody Mod was working on something like this, but I believe that mod has been abandoned. :( Pity really.
