(Tutorial) How to add items to leveled lists so they appear in-game.

This s#*!'s impossible.. I'm sorry this is helpful but, what i am attempting to do is not merge or patch or add and item, but to replace all worn outfits for npc's like an armor and clothing replacer, seeing as NO ONE seem's to elaborate how it's done or can make a video about it.

i'm left to try and learn this crap myself like several thousand others that would love the stuff they find in nexus to be an actual f*#@ing replacer.. and not just a craftable..
