New Vegas: CASE + CaliberX Compatibility?

So I have been playing a lot with CaliberX and CASE and switching between them, but I always wondered, is it possible to make a merged patch or anything similar where both can be used at the same time. I would like this as CASE brings variety to pre-existing ammo in the game while CaliberX adds new calibers that can be enabled by modders who want to use that mod. I have mods that use CaliberX and can't be converted to use CASE, but I have some weapon mods that use vanilla and DLC ammo, so is this possible? I have heard some using both mods at once, I just don't know how to do it. I have installed both, used LOOT to make a nice and neat load order for no issues but when I load a save the game just freezes and if I click it will say that the game isn't responding.

 

UPDATE: Ok so never mind actually, I realized that the game does freeze when loadings about 25% of the time because my PC is trash and I have about 50+ plugins and mods running so no surprise there but no they work fine from what I see, I can use CASE ammo fine and same for CaliberX. Thing is CaliberX changes the names of the ammo for vanilla and DLC to there more accurate real life counterparts, but CASE just changes them back to old New Vegas style, but custom calibers from CaliberX are untouched basically. Yeah it's fine and runs very well when both are enabled on one's load order. Good thing too, I love my cluster missiles and special CaliberX only 7.62x39mm rounds at the same time :D
