Interface failure after nlatest update

I updated to the latest patch and I've lost the ability to use custom hotkeys,

any crafting station, and my interface menu highlight is gone along with the

line pointer arrow. I can't even tell what line I'm on unless I'm looking

directly at the text when it glows a little brighter than it did before. This, for

me, is game-breaking and makes it nearly unplayable. I'm frustrated as hell

and looking for answers. Any fix/workaround/help-in-general would be

greatly appreciated. Skyrim should never have been put out in this state, IMO.

But they -had- to meet that once-in-a-century 11/11/11 deadline... I'm not

here to lay blame, jsut find answers. Thank you very much in advance for the

assistance.
