Floor going weird

bUseWaterRefractions=1

bUseWaterDisplacements=1

 

It could be either of these values i can't remember exactly which: set them to =0, unfortunately ENB and some other graphical setups don't play well with these

 

Hopefully this works for ya:)

 

Its only one of the values too, you can set the other to 1 for better graphics once its done.
