Frequent CTDs

First off, I apologize for making this post because I know everyone is probably tired of seeing them for 6 years, but I've become really desperate. I've held off making this post for a few years now for that very reason but I just have to make this post now.

 

My modded skyrim games have been constantly CTDing and I could never manage to fix them; I'd always just take a few month break and then want to go back. Anyways, this time around, I'm CTDing every 15 minutes. Here is my load order.
