Could someone, somewhere, make a face or 2 that is literally Asian? As a follower or preset? As much as I liked these faces, they were not "Oriental," or "Asian" (as my real life Asian-American friends prefer to be called). These faces were anime', or westernized, faces. Attractive, but not Asian. This is my premise: We humans view those not like ourselves as exotic. Not sure if this is true for females, but for males, "exotic" is inherently attractive. [iRL, I am RN, and yes, the research is there. Look it up.] "Exotic" is attractive, and, not like ourselves. So, the exposition: Asian players often make westernized characters seen as attractive, e.g., "anime." [Exotic, to them.] Fair enough. In Skyrim, making inherently Asian faces is difficult, even with multiple mods. The face engine, even with Racemenu and ECE support, is not good at epicanthrinc folds, wide cheekbones, forward eye depth, and whatever else makes an Asian face Asian... So, please, Asian players and anyone else, look in the mirror, look at your sister, your neighbor, your girlfriend, and please make a preset or follower who looks Asian. There are millions of humans who live west of Hawaii and east of Russia who play this game. Please give the rest of us a beautiful follower who is as exotic to us (in the west) as we are to you. "Anime" is a whole category of mod in SMM. "Asian," (?) Not. Responses: I am sure that I will have offended many people. I accept the criticism. I apologize in advance, and will also apologize in particular. Please, as you are correcting me, make some constructive comment about the premise: not enough Asian faces in the game.
