Forcing command Spawnset & Phase + LayersToShow via Console ?

Recommended Posts

Hello there !

I'm heavily working on a "Peaceful Roleplay" save on which i plan to be able to visit every (or almost) NPC's encoutered during the game + several other's stuff to make a kind of "ultimate" save for Free Roaming, visiting people, places and all.

It will be my first upload on the nexus and i'm sure it'll be gorgeous once done, but there's a lot of work...

To do so i have to be able to trigger several things :

- Addfact to force trigger some specific events & situations. Already works ok via console command.

- NPC Spawnset (w2comm) and the phase related to that spawnset so the character will be where i want it to show (For example Ciri in her room at Dandelion's place)

- LayersToHide & LayersToShow to be able to modify the dynamic objects & meshes of the game, for example restored or destroyed places like Kaer Morhen's walls and all.

So far i've managed to successfully trigger a few NPC's & Layers by modifying generic quests but this takes a lot (really a lot) of time and has heavy limits. For example, i can't trigger an NPC to show in Kaer Morhen if i'm doing a modified generic quest in Velen/Novigrad to trigger that. Moreover, the fact that even if it triggers, i have to do several tries (which implies a lot of quit/rebuild mod/launch again) to find the phase corresponding to the place i want and you get the idea how much time it requires to correctly place a simple character or fully restore a place.

Now, the best solution to be able to work in decent condition and with a lot more possibilities would be for me to be able to directly triggers the SpawnSet & Phase + LayersToShow & LayersToHide via the console commands.

However, my skills in console scripting are .... well.... not so good and i can't find a way to add that possibility to the console despite a lot of tries.

I know the Nexus is full of talented coders & modders so, would someone be able to kindly code an exec function that i can add to the console commands to trigger all these please ?

This would save me a lot of time and be of great help...

I uploaded 2 Witcher 3 Mod Editor screenshots that will show people willing to help (if there are any) a quick example as to what kind of objects i need to be able to trigger

Thanks a lot
