REALISTIC aiming sway for regular sights ,red dot,ACOG

Can someone please ,

make weapons aiming sway (recoil more)a tiny bit through regular sights , red dot , and ACOG. We have zero sway for this it's unrealistic

 

(more sway when life is below a certain point say 70 percent , or more when crippled)

 

(more sway the heavier the weapon is )

 

(Sway penalties when hungry or no sleep or addicted or radiated ,etc)

 

(But Strength ( perks) should decrease sway , (recoil) penalty)

 

Nobody in the world consistently steadily aims a assault riffle that weighs 10 kg without a little sway when aiming through regular sights or (red)dot

 

Just for the immersion purposes
