Trees and grass everywhere

Basicly what title says: I have trees and grass all over my commonwealth. I've already uninstalled all enviromental mods(green commonwealth, regrowth overhawl, etc.)

Is it fixable?

Something something NMM installs mods into your game, not onto your game. That character file is now a survivor in a treepocalypse.

You could try fast traveling everywhere until cells eventually reset, but if that doesn't work, then you may wanna get started on building a log cabin.

Someone else here may know how to manually delete them, however. But most likely it's NMM's fault.

 

If all else fails, verify integrity of Fallout 4's cache in steam.
