Zarathustra85
Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone who is familiar with the Creation Kit could tell me whether it would allow for the implementation of an 'iron man' mode? For anyone not familiar with the term, 'iron man' means dead is dead - when you die in the game, it's game over. As it stands, those of us interested in this style of game have to rely on our willpower when we die, so as not to just reload! If the Creation Kit allowed us to modify saved games (or wipe them altogether) then it means a 'Dead is dead'/'Iron Man' mode mod could be easily made to enforce this. Any ideas? Any ideas? turn off autosave and when you die, start over. really no point in a mod for self restraint
Meester
Possibly if your character dies you take control of another npc in the same game. Your character dies but what you accomplished such as quests fulfilled and npcs killed stay that way for the new youas it were, to continue the legacy of your predecessor.
