NVSR fMaximumFPS=60 goes over the value

Other than the number of FPS at any given moment (presumably as displayed on screen by some app like FRAPS), what sort of problems are you experiencing?

The game was designed for 60 FPS. But no game every runs at a fixed FPS rate. They just try to achieve the target as an average, with some minor fluctuations expected. 60 FPS is the "movie theater" rate, but the human eye is readily fooled into seeing an apparent continuous feed at low as 30 FPS. Everything else is "marketing hype". Your eyes aren't going to see a difference between +/- a couple of FPS.

If you aren't having visual display issues, don't worry about a couple of FPS variance. Once you get things established, turn off FPS display. It is costing you CPU cycles better used elsewhere, for no particular gain. A fixation on FPS is like to drive a car at exactly 7 MPH over a long distance. You spend so much time watching the speedometer you crash the car into everything else you didn't see; and you certainly don't get to enjoy the scenery/game.

Otherwise you will need to take the matter up with the author of NVSR.
