Is there any perk revamps out there?

Is there any good per revamps out there that keep as close to vanilla perks as possible but boosts the weaker (or more useless) ones and tones done the more OP ones. I am not looking for perk overhauls like Ordinator, Perma and Requiem, I've used these and they are fun, though really don't like Ordinator, become too powerful too fast with it, as there is no proccer that applies these changes to npc's/mobs (at least that is what it feels like, one shooting bandits by lvl 5, shouldn't happen till at least lvl 10-12. Yes can use OBIS to boost bandits but shouldn't need to).

 

Well back to asking about perk revamps, anyone know of any good ones?

Could try SPERG, I've used it in a few games and its an interesting take on the perk system. Fair warning, if you use a mod that gives you extra perk points in some way (uncapper, dragon souls exchange, etc) it can get to the point where you're way overpowered given how the system works.

I've tried SPERG in the past but it just seemed like it'll make the game too easy with all the free perks from almost every non-redundant quest (I mean there's alot of quests in skyrim). Didn't get past much of the early game before removing it. Besides SPERG is a perk overhaul, I am looking for a perk revamp (something that does not add/remove any of the vanilla perks, just adjusts their values). I've seen a couple out there but can't seem to find them anymore due to the shear number of mods.
