I can't hear voices after installing mods

I installed the following mods:

No More Blocky Faces

Detailed Faces

2K Texture Pack

Realistic Water Textures

HD Texture Pack

Enhanced Night High Stars

Enhanced Night Blue Galaxy

Vurt's Flora Overhaul

Enhanced Blood

 

After installing this, people quit talking. I sometimes get a brief subtitle, but I can't hear their voices at all. Their lips aren't even moving.

 

I started a new file and the opening portion of the game, where you're on the wagon, nobody said anything. They just stared at me.

 

Edit: I also can't hear dragon shouts. I do hear animals, though.

 

Never mind! Silly me forgot to add the files to the archive! :)

I have a similar problem now. the opening scene for the game does nothing, ride the wagon to the end of the route and just sit there with everyone looking at me, no one says anything, nothing happens. So I more or less can't play the game at all like this.

 

I can hear ambient sounds and the game music. The problem seems to be entirely oriented around the NPC's.

 

I have completely re-installed the game twice now to try and fix this problem, and out of two hours of forum drudging this is the only similar problem I've run across. Any help would be wonderful.

 

The problem started happening after i installed the Wars in Skyrim mod, but doesn't go away after uninstalling the mod or even the game. I bought the digital steam version of the game, so I can't install it any other way, not sure if that's relevant or helpful but there you have it.

I had assumed that it was evident that I did uninstall the mods when I stated that I reinstalled the game, appologies, but I have uninstalled them.

 

I created another forum topic with more detail and such in the hopes of keeping confusion down.
