c'ant trade items with housecarls

Hi, i've got a huge bug that p*sses me off, i can't trade items with housecarls... The origin was when i missed lydia, she didn't die and didn't return to breezhome, i used some console commands to kill her then resurrect her and so on but in the end i found this problem and went back to an older save.. other followers still have this abillity but housecarls no. The reason is that the line in the housecarl's dialog that allows to the player to trade items is simply missing... I don't know if this bug is related to a specific mod, but i tried a lot of console commands and it didn't work. Also, when a housecral is following me, i can't tell him to go back to change the follower because the specific sentence is missing too... Please forgive me for my awful english, i'm not a native speaker, and thank you so much for your awsome work and your help.

Try disabling mods to see if not having some of them fixes it. I can't see any reason that the dialogue to trade for all of a certain type of NPC would be missing aside from it being removed by a mod. If that doesn't work, target the one in question in the console and type "disable" then "enable" before you target something else. This will remove it from the game completely and put it back in (at least, it did in Oblivion).

The problem is that i don't have mods related to followers exept "essential followers", and i don't think that it has that kind of bugs.. I also tried the "disable-enable" command but it didn't work... well thank you so much for your attention anyway!
