Qualin
Hi, I have tried to google this problem, but it sames like black screen crashes are more common. I thus give thee, The White Screen crash! In short, the problem is that the game randomly freezes for about five seconds, then the screen goes white, and I have to start task manager to return to desktop. In task manager, Skyrim is said to "not responding" I have applied the fix for CTD's, ie changing the speaker sound to 44100, but to no avail. Anyone else have encountered this? I'm running the game on a fairly new Acer Aspire laptop, ATI Mobility RAdeon HD 5650 graphic card, 6 GB RAM, Windows 7 Edited February 13, 2012 by Qualin
Belfegor
1. get your fallout_default.ini back if file was edited somehow, 2. then use launcher reset graphics to default settings.3. Enable archive invalidation feature in fomm or nmm.
