no scalable weapons mod

hi, I'm looking for mod which make enemies and especially weapons the same power whole game. In other words I want to go to location and take good weapon no matter what lvl i am. Something like fallout 2 :P
Is there anything like that..or similar?
I'm bored this random quest rewards (like this .50 // .303 sniper rifle)

This mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5195/? Is close to what you are looking for. It makes a huge nerf to weapon mods and weapon damage perks. For example, in the base game, the weapon mods increase damage by 10%, 25%, 50%, and 75%. In this mod, it goes 10, 15, 25, 35. Automatic in Vanilla is -35% up to 20% or so, in this mod it goes from about -15% to + 10%. The numbers are at least much tighter. In the update coming soon, they will be even tighter again, single shot to a max increase of 25% and automatic from -8% to +8%.
