[LE] An easier way to alter NPCs?

I don't want to make a new NPC. I just want to make Lydia a completely new person so she can be my lesbian lover.

I made the perfect look using showracemenu and used Extended Character Creation to export it but

..I think part of it may have been done with some other mods but I'm not sure what they are

and the head doesn't look right

I put it in to have a look at it anyway and it does not look right at all

So is there a better way to easily get from point A to point B and have my head look how I want it, instead of some amalgamation of issues and looking like a damn hobgoblin?

As an update, I opened the game and loaded the slot where i made the char and stood next to Lyida who is NOT what I want.
