Help with some mods, plz?

So, starting a new game in New Vegas, wanted to try a new set of mods.

 

The 2 that got my attention were:

 

Project Nevada:

Arwen's NV Realism: (Actually, the only part of this mod I really want is the Med-Tec Module)

Are they compatible? They seem to change much of the same stuff.

 

Also, any other realism/extended gameplay mods you guys recommend?
