i need some help for a mod i want to make. .

part one: is that i wil like to make spell to change race. . .

like the one that makes vampire to vampires but this one only should change the race from race "A" to "B" and then back agin like

when you bound items.. the ultimate illusion spel maybe?

but do you knoe how i can make this script?

Unfortunately, races are done in Oblivion in such a way that, to change it, you have to open up the character-generation menu. (And jump through a few hoops if you don't want to lose all your stats) And you can't change it at all for NPCs. Vampirism is done primarily with magic effects. That is to say, a Breton vampire is still basically a Breton.

hmm. .. okay. . i was reading the script effekt for a mod called "half devils"( or something like that)

there was one effekt ;

player.setEye "etc"

but this player set eye effekt changed the eyes. . then maybe .. i could do the same whit make an effekt like:

Player.setrace

Oh, the Seducers... Silly me... I don't really know how that works, but I know a lot of it is outside the .esp file. It might or might not be doable as a spell attached to an existing character/save, but there isn't anything so simple as a SetRace command, as cool as it would be. Even SetEyes works sort of weirdly.

lol, am i the only to spot that it blacks out before changing races? Probably he/she made a video of different races standing there then edited them together to make it look like he/she changed race ;) Either that or the race menu has been edited out and you don't get to see the stats being reset as a result :unsure:

Well, I know there's a high-rated mod that reasonably lets you change races (I don't think it uses a menu. At least, only the first time) on the same character, (The Seducer Race, as mentioned before) but the installation methods sort of worried me and I decided it wasn't worth it... The second video doesn't change the race at all, just adds some demonic equipment.
