Very low fps after fast travelling.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my mods or if it's just the game because it was just working fine before.

Everything runs at 60 frames constant until suddenly upon fast traveling, I drop to 15-20 fps. I don't know why anything like that would happen, I did, however, switch from survival back to normal.

Try using the pcb console command after you travel. Uf framw rate goes normal after that than the game is not unloading cells for you properly or you are just that low on vram.
