Mod Compatibility Issues?

Howdy guys! So I've recently got a new computer, and decided to try my hand at Skyrim (After a three-four year hiatus) with a ton of mods. So I've decided to do this in blocks of mods at a time to ensure that I know where the problem is, but I've run into some trouble. Lately, whenever I try to enter or leave Solitude Stables (After COCing there from alternate start) I crash; the same can be said for the Solitude Blacksmith. Furthermore, I am unable to Alternate Start to Solitude Docks, and when I fast traveled to the Solitude Sawmill, I was able to wander around the exterior just fine - but when I tried to enter the Flagon Inn in the Solitude Exterior area, I crashed. Any assistance would be appreciated!

 

 

*Also, I've been getting the open cities skyrim at the end of the Papyrus log a lot, but I don't have it downloaded and none of my mods should require it. Further, I wasn't certain how to spoiler something, so I attached my plugins/mod order and last crash log as files. Lastly, I did use Loot and it stated that there was no errors between the mods.

 

 

PS: Also, couldn't upload Papyrus Log file, as it says i'm not permitted to upload it. So, I posted it as a reply.

^ That ends the script. I greatly condensed it from what it used to be, and I would appreciate anyone whom could help decipher its secrets. Rather, why it doesn't like to work.
