Horror mod request

Hello,

I'm seeking to commission a mod for Skyrim. It's not gonna be a small one so I've decided that the mod maker will receive $10 through PayPal or it's equivalent in deviantArt points(up to the modder) for his effort.

What I need is a mod that turns Skyrim into much more grim place. Travelling at night should be hardcore and player should seek refuge in houses, taverns or caverns(careful with that one though). The shrines and ruins should be inhabited by tormented souls. Random encounters with werewolves should take place at nights. Zombies shambling around the flatlands and marshes, draugrs haunting some outside areas and ghoul packs strolling through the night are meant to give the player the feeling that the night itself wants him to die.

I've not forgotten about the vampires and werewolves. If you're either, it's okay. You are part of the night life, of course. But the villages will be surrounded with pallisades and their gates will be guarded. Groups of militia will patrol the roads with torches and silver to hunt you and other creatures of the night.

I want to see ghosts walking on the streets of the cities at some nights when even the guards will be too afraid to leave their safe watch posts and garrisons. Something that kicks in the werewolf form randomly at night would be lovely. I might pay more if I find the mod to be better than I expected. For the ghouls - one could use naked falmer equipped with some bone clubs or crude daggers.

Some new models would be lovely for the grotesque creatures, but I'm not going to expect it in the first releases. Of course all the credit will go to the modder - he can upload it, get endorsements and be awesome since it's his job. All I want is the mod itself and a note that I requested/sponsored it.

Feel free to use existing mods if it's going to help you(of course if the authors don't mind it), I don't care.

Oh and.. I'd love to have a way to contact the modder other than the forums. MSN or Skype would be nice to talk about the stuff. Overall the idea for this mod is inspired by the Innistrad expansion pack for Magic: The Gathering card game and the everyday situation of Warhammer Fantasy universe's inhabitants(especially on the Geheimnisnacht). Of course I know that the mod will be able to interfere with some quests so I recommend everyone to play it AFTER doing all the interesting plots since it'll make everything much harder and the monsters can occasionally kill the NPCs you'll need for some quest.

Summing up, what I want to see is:

-Night full of ambushes and hazardous encounters with nightmarish creatures;

-Some new models in the future;

-Mechanic that locks fast travel for you at night(if possible);

-The grim, horror mood(more mists if possible?);

-Groups of militia patrolling the roads. You could tag along with them to the nearest village or city(is there a way to make you able to wait/fast travel only at night and when in a settlement?);

-Werewolves;

-Ghoul packs patrolling the woods and tundra(just like the militia);

-More NPCs that could randomly turn into a werewolf at night, attacking everyone around them;

-Pallisades/walls around settlements so either player or monsters won't be able to enter without having a fight or a talk with the guards;

-Script that turns you into a werewolf at night/at random times at night(it's better to stay in your own house if you're a monster and you don't want the people to find it out);

-Maybe something that makes the nights shorter than days so it won't be THAT hard;

-Quests(in future releases) that'd add to the whole thing;

-New spells(later versions again) and some fancy mechanics;

-Fitting details like ghouls in cages hanging above the gate or werewolf heads/corpses on pikes on the walls;

-Some more things I can't come up with at the moment of writing this post.

I think I'm not the only one who'll like the idea of this mod so I'm sure the modder that takes this offer will be appreciated. Feel free to ask me about anything since I'll want to talk a lot about the mod's features.
