Rennn
You can't make textures with the Creation Kit. First, download BSAopt, Paint.NET, and Gimp 2.0.They're all free. Next, I'll cover modifying vanilla textures. Copy the Textures.bsa from your Skyrim folder to some other place, like My Documents.Use BSAopt to extract the textures from the new, copied Textures.bsa.Open the textures you want to edit in Paint.NET, and then save them as .bmp images. Then close Paint.NET.Open the new .bmp images in Gimp 2.0, and use Gimp to edit them. Close them when you're done.Open the images in Paint.NET again, and convert them back to .dds files.Put the .dds files in the correct folder in your Skyrim directory, and they'll be loaded automatically as long as they're in the right place and have the correct names. To make entirely new textures, I usually just take a copied vanilla texture and completely cover it with my new texture. That way I don't have to worry about putting arms and stuff in the right place; the vanilla texture functions as a guide. It sounds complex, but if you do it a few times it really does get easy to remember. Just always back up your stuff so that if you mess up you don't have to totally reinstall because of one broken texture. Rennn
Blender is a free utility for making new models, but I don't know enough about it to actually help.
