How do i make a perk Auto unlock at certain levels? (hidden perks that occur at milestones) What value Changes the Decrease/increase of magicka as a person levels up? (so that at level 1 a spell uses a lot, but at 100 the spell uses about 20% of that. (don't worry, i have balanced that!) Is there a value that allows enchanting/alchemy to become more powerful as the enchanting/alchemy goes up? What, Again increasing with skill levels up, Changes the critical hit chance, Damage and speed of weapons, or the dodge chance and armour rating of armour?
