Applying body modifications made in the "Body scales" racemenu tab to a standalone follower?

Hi!

 

I want to turn my character into a standalone follower. But my problem is that i made a lot of adjustments in the body scale tab that are not available in bodyslide such as shoulders height, legs length etc..

 

Is there a way to export those settings? Or maybe applying them manually to the follower when he is in the game?
