Can someone please tell what mods cause these two features?

What are the mods that add the [9mm Luger] and the suffix ' of the kneecapper'? Also is there a workaround to disable these features without uninstalling/disabling the mod?

I'm guessing it's "Z_Horizon_Tags.esp=1" since that's the only one I can tell that has anything to do with tagging or sorting items in your mod list...

 

Not sure if that esp is needed for Horizon to work or not, since I haven't used it myself. But you can always try disabling just that esp and see if it works. :)
