Game freezes in crafting stations with only a few mods?

Hello! I am new to the Nexus community, I only installed my first set of mods today (fallout 4), my computer specifications are as follows: geforce gtx 1080 8gb, 237 gb ssd, 2tb hdd, 32gb ddr4 ram. So not too terrible, but after installing only 11 mods which were mods adding single guns, paints and modifications for them, different sounds, and a overgrown forest environment change (I already tested this forest mod didnt cause the issue, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no difference), and the enclave x02 power armor mod, I started getting a decent amount of freezing in crafting stations ESPECIALLY when putting paints or tesla on the enclave x02,also on the mod guns (the RU556 and the AK74M, (nexus mod manager is installed on hdd just so you know, idk maybe it is a factor in this), if an experienced modder knows any tips and tricks to prevent this (maybe setting or tweaks to lower quality of power armor or weapon paints or idk, like I said I am kind of new to modding), please be sure to tell me as I dont think it is normal to with these specs only be able to have 11 mods at a time on not even max graphical settings,
