Workshop bug?

I recently started all over in fallout 4.

I installed some mods that only add more crafting things like: Basement living, Clothing shelves, Do it yourshelf, etc besides one Mod called Real World Damages

Now everything was working fine until i started getting more resources in my workshop. I am big into settlement building so i gather allot of resources.

Its gotten to the point that i come back from a quest and want to mod my weapon or armor and the workbench says i haven't gotten enough resources even tho i know for sure i do cause 30 minutes ago i still had 400+ of the resource that i needed and i hadn't crafted anything until then. is there anyone who has this to or knows how to fix this? I seen it pop up as a bug on another website but no fix to be found so far.
