Every texture mod I try looks blurred and smooth

I have tried downloading the mature skin mod as well as the skysight skin mod for skyrim special edition. But no matter what I do or what texture mod I try during character creation everyone looks unnaturally smooth and blurry. I am using nmm to install and I have tried running as administrator and it doesn't help. what can I do to get the mods to work right?

I just got some hair to work but now all the npc's have black faces....Is there a way to fix that?

Can you screenshot all your mods?

 

Did you install just the mature skin and skysight? Correct me if Im wrong but I think those are suppose to be skins for UNPB, CBBE, etc. If you did install those and your still having issues... I dunno what to tell ya.
