Screen fades in and out when I take damage.

I noticed something off about combat when I'm playing Skyrim, whenever I take a hit from an enemy, my screen fades black for a moment and everything goes back to normal? I never had this problem before when fighting enemies but this popped up when I started fighting vampires. Could someone please explain what was the cause of this problem, and how can I solve it?

Do you use mods? If so, post your load order. It sounds mod related.

Yes I use mods, here's my order based on Loot. Also, I noticed it's vampires and gargoyles that cause these short fade attacks when they use some form of vampiric drain.
