"Vertex Color" rendering

As far as i understand, Skyrim uses "vertex color" data, to render that area a little "dark" in game. Thence it creates a fake Ambient Occlusion or Dirt Map like effect.

 

You can see that colored vertexes here as brown:

My question is, how can i modify or disable that effect globally?... I mean, i want to change that "render pass" for game. (Either for completely disable or reduce, that darkening.)

 

I found Render Pass related ini commands:

 

bDoTexturePass

bDoSpecularPass

bDoDiffusePass

bDoAmbientPass

bDrawShadows

 

But curiously, NONE OF THEM is working in Skyrim!
