Mod request - change default male Ryder' s hair and eye colour

Hello, new here. I saw there were a few mods that changed the default female Ryder. I was wondering if anyone could create a mod that would make the male default Ryder have golden blonde hair and silver blue eyes - wanted him to look more like my boyfriend. I tried the custom Ryder options and they were all not attractive.

 

Or if someone could point me to a tutorial on how I could create such a mod myself - if it is relatively simple - that would be amazing!
