Unnecessary violence II, damage and fatigue problem

I am new to unnecessary violence, I have some problems. I know ini file enables us to configure variety of things, but my problem is UVII power attack and normal power attack damages are too different. The UV2 damages are too low, and UV2 power attack consumes almost the same fatigue as normal quick attack does.

So what I want is to make UV2 damages and normal damages totally equal and the same fatigue rate. So UV2 quick attack = normal quick attack, UV2 power attack = normal power attack (both damage and fatigue)

 

And performing UV2 attack against dead animals damages myself. + I hold 2 blunt weapons it increases my BLADE skill? Why?

 

I found a bug too, when dual wielding + running, if you perform a UV2 attack character will stop and perform it.

But that does not happen on first person view.

 

 

 

 

By the way are default values on ini, optimal/balanced?
