[LE] Help Merging Two Hairstyles?

I'm trying to combine the feathers of one hairstyle with the horns of another from this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58857/?

 

What I'm doing is opening the Creation Kit, then loading the .esp for that mod.

Then I go to Character>HeadPart>male>Head Part and duplicate the feathers that I want to add horns to.

I double click that, rename it, and add KK_HairArgonianMale_Hairline4, which is the horns, to extra parts, and click "OK"

Then I go to an argonian actor, and put that hair on them, and it shows up exactly how I wanted it to, so I save it, then load the game.

 

In character creation, when I go to the hair, the feathers are there, but the horns don't show up (but they did in the creation kit)...

Am I missing something? :S
