certain weapons not working

hi, lately after installing mods, i saw weapons like the double-barrel shotgun and fat man don't seem to work, they don't have weapon stats, and only display speed and price. i have not tried the fat man, but when i tried the double-barrel only my fists are equipped even though it says the gun is equipped, also the double barrel has no preview image in inventory. i am using mod organizer, so i decided to try using vanilla fallout 4, and the double barrel will not show up in inventory when using console commands, and i can't even add it to my inventory when i use placeatme. i have a few looksmenu presets in my data folder, as well as enb and reshade files, but nothing else. i have no idea what's going on and can't figure out why it's doing this. if anyone can help, please respond, thank you.
