Love

Here's a little shakespearen sonnet I did for English class a few years ago. Since it's Valentine's Day, I thought I'd just post it here and see what everyone thinks about it (yes, even gingers can show some love :biggrin: ). Hope ya'll like it. Enjoy.

Love

 

Love is difficult for people like me.

It tends to be extremely annoying,

Just like a very angry honey bee.

Its safe to say love is a complex thing.

 

It can leave you in wondrous happiness,

And give you great memories and good times.

Love can also be cruel and bring sadness,

Making you look cheerless like gloomy mimes.

 

I find love hard to show to another,

Especially an angel such as you.

Your beauty is surpassed by no other.

It tends to silence me and others, too.

 

Love isnt easy, but I have to say:

I hope you have a great Valentines Day.

And I'm also late. But that's a cute poem...its point is so simple and honest. I really like the third stanza for some reason. Great work!

 

(Also, I suggest to change the text color...I find it hard to read on the default Nexus skin.)
