Aarondhp24
I don't know why this happened all of a sudden, but I can't see the light markers anymore. I can definitely see the light is there and I've tried toggling lights on and off, I tried the "1" key to unhide/hide invisible stuff, I tried "L", and "M" but to no avail. Can someone help me out here? I'm losing my mind because I'm stuck on the lighting tutorial I included a gif image of my render window just so you can see for yourself Im not crazy lol.. 3ncryptabl3
Do you see *any lightbulbs anywhere? Or not just there?
the7thguest
Sorry for this noobish answer, just my two cents. I noticed there are FX Items for light and several markers for lights. The FX ones are the ones I usually use, they got bulp-style markers and it's easy to place and move em.The markers - well no idea. It's circle areas (like the grey large circle in ur picture) and I still got no idea what to do with that. I hope I am right, happened to me a few times that I placed an correct item just of the wrong category and was wondering ingame why it is not working.(For example static smithing amboss or chests) Good luck friend
TheGreenLion
I'm having the exact same problem, here's what I did. I duplicated the LightCampfire01 and renamed it, went to place it in the CK but the usual light bulb marker does not show up, I see the glow and all other markers. Since I was curious, I checked another cell to see if it was just my new lights going bonkers but not one of the lights there showed a marker either. This doesn't have anything to do with my .esp, the problem persists when I load skyrim.esm and update.esm alone but for the life of me I cannot figure out why it would suddenly not display light markers. I'll see if it won't magically remember that it's supposed to display those markers after restarting the CK, hoping it's just some sort of fluke. Ghaunadaur
Did you check 'Light Markers' in Show/Hide window? Menu -> View -> Show/Hide window.
TheGreenLion
Hah, thanks for that little tid-bit Ghaunadaur. That happened to be the problem. Must have toggled it during my rummaging.
