Heavy Wasteland Soldier Armor (from New Vegas)

Simply put, there's a New Vegas mod that called Wasteland Soldier that have you a set of Light, Medium and Heavy versions. I want it in for FO4 because it was easily my favorite armor.

 

There is a mod already named Wasteland Soldier, so you would have to name it something else (TRUE Wasteland Armor?) but I just loved this armor so much. A version with even better textures than the New Vegas one would be even better.

 

I would happily do this myself if I could, but I don't possess the talnet and the skills to make something so great.
