Some people have said if you hit ok, then select your NPC in the object window and hit Ctrl+F4 this will make the files need to make the tones match. It doesn't work for me outright, but some people claim it works for them. At the moment I do that, plus once you're in the game you open the console window, select the NPC in question, and then type 'setnpcweight 1' this will fix the skin tone. Then you type 'setnpcweight xx" (whatever weight you want, up to 100) and that will set their weight back. Not a fix, just a workaround.. but that was the best I could come up with looking through these forums as well.
Tsewe
thanks a lot, selecting my new NPC and hitting Ctrl + F4 worked for me - the face skin matches the body skin perfectly both in CK and ingame!!
