I want to make a mod which would allow me to make changes to vanilla armor and clothes without affecting NPCs. In other words, seperate meshes for PC and NPCs, like Unique Character but with Armor & Clothing. There is a mod like that for Oldrim called PCEAr, I tried to contact the mod author for help, I asked if it was possible to port the mod to Skyrim SE and guess what ! "nothing". I don't think he's interested.
