Turn Undead Spell change

I'm working on changing some of the lesser used spells, at the moment "Turn Undead".

What I want to do:

 

Be concentrated - means you must hold the button (like healing) for its effect)

Be focused on self and an area of effect.

 

While this works for e.g. Calm or Fear by changing the Magic effect to "self", "concentrated" and having it no duration, this doesn't work with the undead spells, Draugurs e.g. are just simply not affected anymore. Any ideas why?

I have managed to create the desired effect. Making get undead damage per second (holy fire burn) and run away.

However, since the spell is concentrated now, the costs for the spell should display as */s in the PlayerUI to indicate that this is the cost per second. But it doesn't - how / where can I fix that? I tried to compare my settings with the ward-spells of restoration school to figure out any differences in description or otherwise, but i couldn't figure out why there the costs are per second.
