SSE Diverse body types

I would love to use Bathseda beauty body but I'm afraid of having it applied to all the NPCs because I just want to use it for my character. So I was thinking what if someone could create a mod that gives you the choice to apply the body mods to characters you choose. That way the game would be more diverse.
