MadH0us3
Hello nexus, I am working on a mod to create cooler player homes outside of the cities in skyrim. i got most of mod worked out on paper, but one thing keeps buggin me; is it possible to have your spouse move into homes other than the ones in vanilla? and if so, how? note that have yet to actually use the creation kit, but i've goofed around with it whilst playing Fallout. i just want to have some clue about it, as to not waste my life figuring it out. Prpich25
I would love to find this out as well. Seems no one knows or cares. Either they will mod a Vanilla home, or disreguard the spouse altogether when making a new mod home. It might have something to do with scripting NPCs and the modded house itself. CroWhiskey
Yes, there are scripts for spouse NPCs and it is most likely that a cell can be marked somehow as player home. I myself am not interested in this, but my best guess would be to look for some sort of list of player houses and trying to add the cell your house is in to the list, or writing a script which adds the cell to the list. As for spouse behavior, I'm sure you'll find the existing script if you look hard enough.
