infinitywulf Posted February 15, 2012 Share Posted February 15, 2012 (edited) Alright since my last post seems to have been hit by the Swedish Chef (Bork Bork Bork) here is a second attempt. I'm having a problem with the Novac player hotel room, specifically when I try to enter it I end up loading in outside of the cell. I end up loading in about a foot or so behind the wall and to the left of the door. Companions load into the room properly, if I leave companions outside the same thing happens so it's not like they are screwing me up as far as I know. I can tcl with the console and walk into the room and everything else will work fine, or I can just not use the room, but I'd like to figure this one out and fix it if possible. I have verified my game cache though Steam and no problems there so I'm thinking it's down to a mod or load order with them but I'm not exactly sure which one it would be. At the moment I'm just BOSS sorting the load order so any suggestions as to a better order is welcomed as well. Otherwise my game is running pretty stable, normally 2-3 hours between a crash/freeze and that tends to be on fast travel/loading into a new area so everything seems to be playing nicely with each other other than this. After going through FNVedit and searching (and searching, and searching) it appeared Bazzas Mojave Outpost was the culprit. Deactivated, tried entering the room and everything works fine. Reactivate and load in behind the wall to the left of the door. So if anyone else has this problem and is running that mod, try disabling it and see if Novac works. :biggrin: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
