New to modding

Hello everyone. I'm not to sure if I can create this kind of topic here, but so please correct me if I'm out of place.

 

I have come to ask if there is some way I could learn to make a follower (Mainly for Skyrim) on the Nexus.

I want to know from the very foundations to the fine little details, and hopefully from this i could go on to make other mods.

 

I should warn that I only know c++ coding and batch files, so I hope that this isn't something that's completely out of my league.
