When Vampires Attack Load Order Issue?

This mod and Run for your lives was working great until I tried troubleshooting an issue with Wet and Cold (which as it turns out was user error ). I googled a bunch of tutorials about load order and without taking note of the order of my mods when WVA was working (yes I know I should have backed up or at least taken a screen shot of the order) I started dragging things around the list to figure out why I wasn't getting the results I expected. Unfortunately now WVA doesn't seem to work anymore. My citizens are not running for cover. I used LOOT but it doesn't change the load order. I have looked at how some people list their LO and see the mods either higher or lower than where I have it but I don't want to drag mods up and down and cause additional damage.

I don't have a lot of mods so I am hoping someone can tell me if there are glaring issues with my LO. Thanks in advance for any help. I am really new to skyrim and mods so I don't really know what to look for or what I am doing.

Below is an excerpt from the load order (LOOT sorted) as it worked for me (in relation to the three mods you mention). Maybe that helps already.

Alternatively, I'd reinstall the three mods, have LOOT sort your load order - and manually move the plugins as per my below load order.

If either one of these suggestions doesn't do the trick, I'd be out of ideas unfortunately.

Good luck!
